downloading problem

I posted previous message about trouble downloading new version. Followed your response and down loaded 1389 -Norton wouldn't allow it - I bypassed norton -the charts I had before will not load -only goes gray if I use the mouse. Then I tried to download 1307 which I had been using - won't download (sierrachart/sierrachart/exe won't work. I need bigtime help |
