How can I download historical tick data? I have old files with tick data (from years 2012-2014) - RLM-M.. This files has about 180-200 MB.When I want to download some newest files (from year 2015), this files has about 30MB (like compressed files). Only the last file (RLM-MH6) has actually 180MB. In the data feed settings I have "Intraday storage unit" set to "1 tick", and "max historical days to download" 1000. The data feed is from "GAIN Capital/OEC.

You need to use Sierra Chart service package 5 for historical tick by tick data for expired futures contracts when using OEC: To change your Sierra Chart service package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on "Change Service Package".
The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. After changing the service package, re-download the data in the chart with Edit >> Delete all Data and Download.
