And changes in releases 1363 and 1365 are accounted for under 1364 and 1366 respectively?

Yes. And you also need to realize, and the What is New page mentions this as well, is there is a lot of other low-level development and issues resolved which go unmentioned. The What is New page is not comprehensive. Only significant items are mentioned and sometimes just generalized. For example, work was done on the Volume Weighted Average Price study and has not yet been mentioned. Most likely only the documentation will be updated.
