Suddenly today, I get the error message Symbol is unknown when I open my Mini-Dax chart with IQFeed. I did update global symbol settings but nothing changed. Any feedback?

Make sure you are using the correct symbol.

There is not a dependency upon Global Symbol Settings when using IQ Feed to be able to receive market data.

I havent changed anything and I trade that instrument three months now, but today I get this message. When I open the chart, it downloads the data and then stop getting real time quotes and print the message unknown symbol

Sounds like an exchange authorization issue. Are you receiving real-time data for other EUREX symbols?

Yes now just checked Fdax and works fine. But I also checked MiniDax on another platform and its not updating real time there as well.

Update: Just now checked Fesx and its not updating either.
