I use and have a live account with a supporting T4 broker. I am fully funded with them (Dorman). I also have a SIM account with them with a T4 platform and I am trying to link that to Sierria Charts. I have typed in the SIM Server and Username and Password + the Firm (if you need a picture of what I have filled out I can provide). It says I am connected BUT get 2 error messages. One, Symbol is unknown and secondly down load failed (I provided a picture). Am I missing something? My Clearing firm has said I am linked so I am at a loss.
