Data problems.

I have recently (re) signed up for Sierra Charts and am using the full SC data package. I am receiving some data real time - Market statistics - and can get a historical download of ESH16 data, but it does not update real time. I have run through the trouble shooting page and tried everything listed, but can't find the problem. I do receive the error message - incorrect symbol occasionally, but it is the correct symbol, and it does download the historical data. Suggestions?

I am trading through Redi. I have had a Gain and IB account in the past, but not currently. I also am not receiving real time equity quotes. - I.e the Spys.

We are not familiar with Redi. Therefore, you would have to pay the higher priced CME exchange fees to get the real-time futures data. Refer to:

For SPY and other US equities/ETFs you need to activate the US Equities exchange:
