I have NEVER had frozen quotes in SC. However I just switched data to CQG on Friday. Today I have been having frozen quotes all day on TF-Russell 2000. I only have 3 chartbooks open and the only symbol I am watching is TF. Any suggestions?

Most likely your CQG account needs to be authorized for ICE US:

Either the bid or ask is getting frozen. Only 1 side seems to stay current. This is when using market depth.

At the time you notice this problem go to the chart and select Edit >> Copy Chart Values.

Paste that text here. And let us know that if the time you see at the top of the Window >> Current Quote Window is current.
