The repeating volume values in the screenshots you provided are an indication that you do not have Sierra Chart set to a tick by tick data configuration. Follow the instructions here to do that: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TickbyTickDataConfiguration.php Make sure you re-download the data in the chart as explained. This will correct the problem. It is very important for us that when you have questions like these to use the Support Board. The Easy Screen data feed was not sending data for this symbol. Possibly others as well. We reset the connection and it is now working.
