unable to get price/ info when I move my curser over candle any where on chart

I downloaded newest version today. Now when I move my crosshair over a candle on the chart, I no longer get the hi, lo, open, close vol time, etc line that showed the values of the candle I was over. This line of info was directly under my toolbar 1. How can I get the information line back.
