Hi, I upgraded my version from 1233 to 1269 but every time I try to reload from the short-cut it loads ver. 1233. This has never happened before. I don't want to save the new version in a different folder as it will not then be able to access the stored configs. Any ideas?

It seems that you have installed the newer version of Sierra Chart in the wrong folder. Once you startup Sierra Chart, just go through the Update process by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. Sierra Chart Support |

No, I did the above and when prompted I saved in the same folder.
