[User Discussion] - How to Read Relative Volume in SC

I am using Relative Volume in SC, but the number is confusing. I understand 0 means vol is equal to X number of past days, and I think 150 means vol is 50% more than that average. Is that correct? How can 0 be equal to the average and 150 be 50% above average. And what does -97 mean?
