Can anyone advise how I cab just left click and order or a stop and drag and drop without having to click it again like some kind of release. I have confirmations turned off but to release the drag i have to click again

Uncheck Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> Use Click, Release, Click Method to Adjust Orders.
