No. But you can construct simple spreads by using the Difference and Spread studies.

which trading datafeeds support exchange traded spreads both historically and intraday for charting? looks like TT is the only one? or does CTS as well?

The only choice is CTS T4. TT will not work because there is not historical data available for spreads and you may not be able to look up the spread contracts.
