cant get data feed

relocated my office. When I turned on the computer it will not connect to transacts data feed. I get a red message in the upper right hand corner of my chart box....Not connected. I did download the new version of sierra charts. What do i need to do to get live data feed and view my charts. I am just looking at a black screen for the moment. |
