Does this sound familiar? Customer trying to enable email/text alerts. "alert sms notification alert-sms messaages not enabled,or new price has not been accept by user. select help- account control panel- sms control panel to enable. failed to send" |

This indicates that the owner of xxxxx@comcast.net email account has opted out of email alerts. Or too many emails to "xxxxx@comcast.net" failed and we opted them out on our end. To remove the optout, the user will either need to have a direct account or contact us.
