Does Interactive Brokers (IB) provide backfill?

I could not reach these IB guys. So could you confirm if Interactive Brokers (IB) provide backfill to missing data (including bid/ask data)?

Interactive Brokers does provide historical data, but accessing it over long periods of time is very slow. Historical Bid and Ask volume is not supported with Interactive Brokers.

Its ok if I dont get Historical Bid and Ask volume. But is the backfill for historical data done automatically if I face internet disconnection problems in middle of the session? |
