It is available through Transact (like the E7Z4 symbol) but I am getting a “download failed” message when I try to open a chart for it.

This does not make sense. Go to the chart again and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. If there still is a problem, post the last 40 lines of the Message Log here.
