You can obtain this data by activating the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Exchange Data Feed on your account. Here are the details:

You will also need to activate the CBOE Indices exchange for 3.25 a month.

This data feed is seamlessly integrated with all trading services including OEC. So you can open up charts from this data feed within the same copy of Sierra Chart.
