Hi,
Every single time after reboot app, I need to manually set charts on displays. I found out that on one of my chart books this option works properly, so i'm not sure if that is some kind of options in settings or rather application randomly set my charts.

I had this problem once. A few charts wouldn't save their location.

Make sure that those charts are not overhanging the edge of your screen. That was the solution for me.

A video driver update could also help. After upgrading to a new video driver, I didn't have that issue any longer.
