Rithmic tick data 10-15 minutes back missing

Hi, i have new account with Rithmic data, SC package 5 and when I close Sierra for some time and reopen it, I have zeros in numbers bars for last 10 min. See attached image. I have version 1211 and 1 tick storage enabled (+allow to sierra data feed enabled). Can you help me ? |

This will be the case when using Rithmic. You need to subscribe to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the CME exchange to solve this problem.
