I currently have the Live Denali data feed and it works fine. I want sierra to chart/load historical data using the SC Denali feeds whilst using Rithmic prop connections for execution- This is all set up fine....BUT

Once, i login to my rithmic connection, its forcing my 3 day / 5 day / 20 day rolling volume profile to load only intraday.

My studies are still configured how they should be. Using the Denali feed the data for all rolling profiles is perfect, but as soon i login to my rithmic feed for execution, the data is forced to load only intraday for my volume profile studies.

ive attached here before and after version so you can see the differencess before and after.

many thanks

We do not understand what you mean by "...the data is forced to load only intraday for my volume profile studies."

You are using a 60 minute bar period, so the data is Intraday data.

We do see a difference in the one Volume by Price profile on the far right between images 1 and 2, but we do not know what might be causing this. Additionally, in both images, the 2nd and 3rd Volume by Price to the far right (going from far right to left) are exactly the same. We assume these are suppposed to be 5 day and 20 day Volume by Price profiles, so there is something not correct with these.

The first thing we want you to do is to ensure that you have at least 30 days of data loaded in your charts. If you want a 20 day Volume by Price, then you need to have at least 20 days of actual trading day data, which means you have to have more than that set to load, as the days to load includes weekends.

Then, with your system connected to "SC Data", go to that chart and select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Then change the connection to "Rithmic" and then go to that chart and select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" again. You need to do this twice, as the data is stored separately between connections.

If the above does not resolve this, then we think you do not have your profiles setup correctly. In this case, get us a chart with just those 3 profiles on it by following these instructions:
