US Equities Consolidated Tape activated and paid, but symbol search returns nothing / data

(Service Package 11). I activated “US Equities Consolidated Tape (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX)” as non-professional (USD 10/month) and paid via PayPal on 2026-11-04. I signed the UTP-NASDAQ CTA-NYSE non-professional certification the same day. Problem: the NVDA chart always shows “Delayed” and the data is 15 minutes behind real time, also during the US session. TWS shows real-time prices. In Find Symbol > US Equities - Consolidated Tape, searching for NVDA returns nothing. What I already did: “Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds” = Yes, restart with Forced Login, File > Reconnect. Interactive Brokers is used for trading only. First item - you do not have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed, including the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape". Sierra Chart works by having you add funds to your account and then you activate what you want and the funds are removed from your account in exchange for that item. You attempted to activate the exchange prior to having enough funds in your account, therefore it did not activate. You then did add $10.00 to your account, but you have not activated the exchange since then. You can take care of this by activating the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedSTOCKS#Exchanges Second item - you did not complete the agreements correctly for the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape exchange. In particular, you specifically selected the option that you do not agree with the terms and conditions. If you want to get the data, you need to agree to this. You can redo the agreement at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_STOCKS Third item - you are wanting to get the data for the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape", but you opened a chart for the symbol "NVDA-NQTV". By adding the -NQTV, you are specifying that you want the data from our "NASDAQ TotalView" exchange. To get the data for the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape, you enter just the standard ticker (NVDA). Fourth item - to do a search for a symbol, select the entry for "(Enter Search Text - NYSE/AMEX/NASDAQ)" as you did, then enter the search term in the field for "Enter Search Term Below", then select the button for either "Search by Symbol" or "Search by Description". You will get a new window open that will show you the result if there are any. There will be results for NVDA.
