Trial Account Restricted – Unable to Connect to SC Data

Hello Sierra Chart Support, I am using a Trial Package and trying to connect to SC Data for Forex and Gold charts. My Message Log shows this error: “Connect to Data Feed | Service Package does not support this function or account is expired.” My Account Control Panel also shows “Restricted,” although my usage end date is November 16, 2026. Could you please clarify why my account cannot connect to SC Data and whether my trial account is eligible for this service? Thank you.Trial Account Restricted – Unable to Connect to SC Data |
