How to get denali data fed without having to pay another 46usd

I have service package 5 already and i want to have access to the heatmap, ive already paid 36 usd, is there a seperate way i can get denali data feed just for the purpose of having that only? i do not want to pay another 46usd for service package 11 as i already have this package 5
