New Trial Account Restricted on Parallels Desktop - Service Package Error

I'm a new trial user trying to evaluate Sierra Chart inside a Parallels Desktop on an Apple Silicon Mac. When I trying connect the data feed, the connection is being rejected immediately but my account control panel shows my email is verified, profile is complete and trail is active. Here is the exact output Message Log: Connect to Data Feed | Service package does not support this function or account is expired. Please review it, Thank you :) |
