Hello, Since I've activated the US Equities Consolidated Tape feed, I can't see the historical charts (1D) for several tickers anymore. Whenever I change the symbol, the chart will only show me the current day without historical data. The only ways to make it work are: 1. Edit >> Download Data For All Historical Charts; 2. By adding the '-NQTV' suffix to the symbol; How can I fix this? I want to be able to use the tickers as they are, without the suffix and the need to always re-download data. Thank you! |

You should not have to do what you are doing. You should just get the historical data. What is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Maximum Historical Days to Download for Historical Data" set to? And are you opening a new chart, or are you changing the symbol of an existing chart? What is one symbol for which you have seen this occur?
