Sierra Chart Trial- Unable to connect to data feed

Hi, i have activated my Sierra Free Trial - valid until 10 November 26, however i cannot connect to the data feed. The software says "not connected" and "service package does not support this function" Under data/Trade settings, SC Data shows "not enabled on package" My acc control panel also shows "restricted" beside my last login. Could you pls check whether my trial account is fully enabled & advise how i can connect to the trial data feed? Thank you so much |
