Hello Sierra Chart Support, Before subscribing, please confirm whether this personal-use workflow is permitted with live Denali COMEX data: A custom ACSIL study monitors GC price-level depth and triggers an alert when either (a) two or more same-side prices each have at least 10 contracts within a USD 3 price span, or (b) one price has at least 30 contracts. The monitored range is approximately USD 15 above/below the current price. Thresholds would be adjustable. Only I would receive an event-only notification on my own phone, using your official private-chat/ntfy integration. There would be no other recipients, public distribution, raw-data export, automated trading, or AI/ML. Data would be obtained independently through Denali, not extracted from Bookmap. 1. Is this custom-study-derived mobile notification permitted under your Denali/CME agreements for personal use? Is any additional license or study approval required? 2. What minimum service package and COMEX market-depth subscription are needed? Please indicate total monthly fees both with and without a qualifying funded futures account. 3. Can ACSIL access sufficient GC depth for the +/- USD 15 range, rather than only 10 levels? 4. Does the documented 15-second notification grouping delay the first alert, or only combine later messages? I am asking about permitted use and subscription requirements, not requesting programming assistance. Thank you. |

1. This is allowed. You do not need anything special. 2. In order to get real-time data, you would need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the following: Description of Service Packages and Pricing 3. Yes. 4. Only combined later messages. You will receive the first alert immediately, but then not another notification for 15 seconds.
