TP/SL Simple Bracket Targets Change Intermittently

Hello, I'm trading MNQ. I have setup my simple bracket orders in the chart trade window with a 100 tick stoploss and a 100 tick take profit. I like to trade 30 micro contracts and have a $1,500 TP and SL. I have set the orders to keyboard shortcuts. Sometimes the order works normally. Other times it triggers a 3000 point ($6,000 TP and SL target just entering the same order. It happens with buying and selling orders. I'm testing this on my SIM account, and it seems to happen intermittently during playback. I have read all the documentation related to this and I didn't see a solution. Why is this happening?
