Hi, I use v2957 but I see these bugs occurring since the Current Traded Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference has been introduced. When Show Volume Bars is activated, the bar length is sometimes not calculated correctly. Please see picture 1 in attached file. In this example, the max delta is -319, thus it is expected for this bar to be bigger than the others. But as you can see, many other bars have the same length as the -319 level. A second bug I spotted, is a mismatch between a positive delta number (green color) and a negative bar (red color) at the same price level. Please see picture 2. A third bug I spotted is that the volume bar lengths are sometimes shorter than the column width, even if Maximum Volume Bar Width Percentage: 100. Please see picture 3. In this example, the biggest delta value is 93. The 93 delta volume bar should have the same width as the whole column. Picture 2 is NQ with Market Depth Combine Increment in Ticks: 4, maybe this can explain the mismatch. Picture 1 and 3 are ES with Market Depth Combine Increment in Ticks: 1. Best regards, Sebastien |

... @Sébastien Allow me to jump in...Sebastien Regarding "picture 1" that behavior is very short lasting time wise till "relative" calculations/coding is performed Having SIERRA CHART calculating length of bars with such a miniscule sensitivity as 1 contract would be in my opinion too much for "visual reading of not that much important thing" Meaning: numbers are so bloody correct and waiting for bars to catch up to "perfectly visual corresponding" length of Vol bars; when calculations are done-bars will be proportionate to numbers of volume My apology if I irritated you with my take All the best note: let's wait for SIERRA CHART Wizards🧙♂️-they will hit you right |
