EUREX 'Export Bar and study data to text file'

I successfully exported Bar and Study Data for my DAX/Eurex chart on 9 October 2026. On 12 October 2026 the same workflow returns “Symbol does not allow data export.” I'm looking to understand if this is an exchange rule preventing data exports or a Sierra Policy. Secondly whether this is likely to become a rule across the rest of exchange products. e.g. CME, COMEX, NYMEX ETC. |

This is a general rule now, that you are not allowed to export the data for any exchange. The ability to specifically export EUREX has been in the system for a long time, so we are more surprised that you were able to export any EUREX data on October 9, 2026.
