For Service Package 3, please confirm the exact symbols and earliest available dates for historical 1-minute and tick data for the cash indices S&P 500, Nasdaq-100, Russell 2000, Dow Jones and EURO STOXX 50. We need the indices themselves, not futures or CFDs, ideally from January 2005. Are additional subscriptions required?
