Hello, I am using Sierra Chart version 2957 with SC Data - All Services to download individual expired ES futures contracts at 1-tick resolution. ESZ24-CME historical downloads repeatedly disconnect, commonly after 39–40 seconds, with Windows error 10053 and “The network socket has been closed.” The attached log shows: Failures across ds28, ds32 and ds37 on ports 10149/10150. Repeated disconnections of the delayed data feed as well. Port 80 was tested: 96 requests received zero records. It has been disabled again. ESU24 previously received approximately 69.3 million records in one successful request. ESZ24 last recorded timestamp: 2024-07-24 09:40:11.200000. Historical download encryption was requested in settings, but the log does not show TLS/encryption confirmation. Could you review the log and recommend the next diagnostic step? Please also confirm how to verify that historical download encryption is active in this version. I need to preserve existing data and 1-tick resolution. |

Are you using a wired Internet connection? Do not use a mobile connection. We see you are in Ecuador.
