Problem: Alert sound plays while all sounds are disabled.

I enter the trade by right clicking the chart and selecting Buy Limit or Sell Limit. The setting to mute all alert sounds has a checkmark by it. Under General Trade Settings>Notifications Everything is et to No Alert Sound. Despite this, a ding sound is being played any time I place a limit order on my live account. It doesn't make the sound if I'm inside Sim mode. Please let me know how to kill the sound. |
