Hello Support, I subscribed "CBOE Global Indexes Additional" today but the tickers CNIV01_CGI, CNIV02_CGI, CNIV03_CGI, CNIV04_CGI (today's ticker) and CNIV05_CGI are not showing any intraday data nor historical data, just a blank chart. I'm also using TNX_CGI from the same data package and this one is working well. Please check what's wrong.

Most likely that data is not available to us with the data package we have with the CBOE. We will have to check on this. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
