trail account cannot connect to free trial symbol data

My account shows an active trial until 21 October 2026, but Sierra Chart version 2957 cannot connect to SC Data or download trial-supported symbols, including MESZ26-CME and AAPL. The log reports: “Historical data service client indicated that downloads are not enabled.” “Service Package does not support this function or account is expired.” I have already selected SC Data, restarted, and performed Force Login. Please check my trial’s data-access permissions and tell me whether any agreement is missing.
