Quoteboard issue v2957 - Right-click context menu selection is applying to wrong symbol

With the new quoteboard functionality in SC v2957, if I right-click a symbol in my quoteboard to roll the symbol forward or backward, it is applying to a different symbol (two symbols down from the one that I right-clicked on).

No. I was/am very careful to single left-click the quote that I want to roll first (it highlights orange), then I right-click it and roll and the roll actually occurs on the symbol two symbols down from that one that I clicked/right-clicked on.
