I was planning on using the trial but due to work I was unable to. I am humbly requesting an extension of the trial since I want to backtest a strategy after that I will sub to the Basic plan for 26USD I only need XAUUSD data.

We can not extend your Trial time as you have used multiple trials under multiple different account names.
