Hello Sierra Chart Support, My free trial expired after only 4 days of usage. I was expecting the full 21-day trial period, but I was not able to use the remaining trial time. Could you please check my account and, if I have unused trial time remaining, add the remaining days to my account? I would like to use the trial period to learn and practice Sierra Chart before purchasing a service package. Thank you. |
