I need help cancelling a an open position with attached orders. I have tried reconnecting the data connection and relaunching the desktop platform but nothing has worked. Below is the full message. "2026-09-22 14:33:35.155 | Trade Order Error - CQG order update. Status: REJECTED. Text: Cannot route the order at this time. Internal Order ID: 114533. Service Order ID: 1982594262. When you have a problem like this, you need to call your broker and have them close the position and cancel any orders. We do not know why you would be getting that message from CQG. Perhaps CQG is having a problem at this time. But that message is from them, so only they can explain why you would be getting that message at this time.
