Ended up trading market conditions that didn't exist because, for possibly the first time in my years of experience with SC, the data download didn't complete. Here are the suspect lines from the log (EST timestamps): 2026-09-21 16:46:40.224 | Historical Data | Historical data download thread signaled to stop. 2026-09-21 16:46:40.225 | Historical Data | HD Request # 7 | Received 93900 Intraday data records from 2026-09-20 23:32:43.300000 to 2026-09-21 10:36:36.110000 (11.1 hours. Delay: 6.2 hours) and wrote 93898 records for CLX6.NYMEX Just bringing this to your attention. Please let me know if I need to change something on my end. Re-downloading the data filled in the missing ticks. |

We apologize for this. This issue was caused by one server that we thought users were not accessing but we can see that, this is the case now. The issue is resolved on the server now.
