Add Additional Symbol Issue, Gray Bars

Hi I'm trying to add the TICK-NYSE statistic to my chart using the Add Additional Symbol Study. However when I do this I only see gray bars - see attached. There doesn't seem to be an issue with the data, because I can open a new chart and view the TICK-NYSE. Could you help diagnose the issue please? Thanks |

There is something wrong with the scaling for some reason. We do not know why. Please make sure the scaling is set to "Automatic" for the region with the "Add Additional Symbol" and then reset the scale. Hopefully that will fix it.
