Hello, I made a USD 26 payment for Service Package 3. My bank has already charged the amount, but Sierra Chart still shows “Transaction Processing Is Pending” for more than 2 hours. I also opened Account Support Ticket ID: 1789981654574029129, but I have not received a response yet. Could someone please check the payment status? Thank you. |
