Is it possible to see the spread on the DOM using the Current Traded Bid and Ask Columns?

I have attached a screenshot of what I am looking to accomplish. I have explored the graphics settings for the DOM but have not been able to figure out how to show the spread on the current traded bid and ask columns. Is that possible? If it's not - how do you show the spread and the cumulative volume on the Recent Bid and Ask columns as that would be a decent alternative. |

There is no built-in ability to highlight the Best Bid/Best Ask in the "Current Traded Bid/Ask" columns. You can do this in the "Recent Bid/Ask" columns. To do this, enable the following coloring option and the one below it: Customizing Fonts, Colors, Line Styles, and Widths for Chart Trading, Chart DOM, and Trade DOM: Chart DOM Recent Bid Best Bid Background Set the color as you want.
