Hello, I purchased and downloaded Sierra Chart several days ago and I have a persistent issue of the charts not updating. I am a complete beginner to this platform and am sorry if this issue is something simple I've overlooked. I am currently using SierraChart on Mac, I downloaded CrossOver and used SierraChart that way, but had the chart issue and assumed it was something to do with CrossOver so I switched to Parallels and the issue persists. I do not need the real time data, I am content with the 10 minute delayed data for now. It is my understanding that 10 minute delayed data is included in Package 11. If I delete and download all data for the chart that I'm using (GCV26-COMEX) it will update the candle position up to that point, but it will be frozen in time. I have gone through Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart to try and resolve my issue but with no luck.
