Hi, I'm unable to add alerts directly to the chart using the shortcut. They work fine when I add them via the Alert Manager, but when I try to add one by right-clicking on the chart, the option is greyed out and unclickable. I haven't found any information on how to fix this.

We are not able to reproduce this. The option for "Add Symbol Alert" on the chart shortcut menu shows properly for us and we can not find a situation in which it would be grayed out as you have it. Please get us that chart so we can see if there is something specific in your setup that is causing this.
