Frozen Trade positions on DOM

In live trading on the trade dom I cannot cancel (click on the X) or move my stop or target on the DOM itself (by dragging the stop or target lines). The buttons in the box are working (cancel, flatten). I restarted a few times and still can't click on the position lines on the DOM.

Are you entering the orders from that same Trade DOM or are entering the trade from another chart and then not able to modify it on the Trade DOM? After you try to modify an order in that Trade DOM, please get us your Trade Service Log, as we want to see if there is anything in that log that states what may be occurring.
