Any new Volume by Price extend (n) bars?

Dear Support / Engineering I did ask whether or not the Volume by Price could have something along the lines of extend (n) bars so that when changing to smaller timeframes for instance the 20 min to a 1 minute the profile size does not dramatically extend across the chart and require we go into settings and reset the percentage to recover the profile to a usable size, each time timeframes are modified .. but maybe there is a setting I've missed? I was wondering if this might/will be looked at in the near future or if it is a definite - not for a long time. :-) Many thanks. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-09-04 16:09:57

Did we respond in the other post, and what did we state? If you want to control the profile size such that it does not change when you change timeframes, then set the Input for "Maximum Volume Bar Width Type" to either "Window Width" or "Automatic".
