Historical tick data export for MNQ/MES/MGC — does Package 3 cover expired contracts back

On Service Package 3 (Base Standard, $26/month), using the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service (not a third-party feed like OEC): can I export tick-by-tick data via "Write Bar Data to File" for CME micro futures (MNQ, MES, MGC) covering multiple years — including expired quarterly contracts — back to 2011? Or does full multi-year tick depth, or access to expired contracts specifically, require Package 5 or higher? Is there a real per-download size/date-range limit beyond the stated 3000 requests/month?

Those contracts you mention were not in existence back to 2011: MNQ, MES, MGC This only applies to historical daily data for futures: Is there a real per-download size/date-range limit beyond the stated 3000 requests/month?

Understood on the 2011 point — since MNQ/MES/MGC only exist from their real 2019 launch, my real question is: can Package 3 export tick data for ALL of MNQ/MES/MGC's real, expired quarterly contracts since their 2019 launch (not just the current front-month), via "Write Bar Data to File"? Or is expired-contract access itself restricted to Package 5+?
