Hello, I am looking to Renew my package 11 and data feed package today, however if I do do today, will I need to renew the subscription a month from now or would it be at the start of septemeber. I remember reading something about the date/time in the moth matters at which you renew a subscription but I can’t find it and just need a reminder. Thanks guys |

The packages and the exchange fees renew at different times and use different methods for how they renew. The packages renew on a rolling 31 day basis. So if you renew your package today (August 24, 2026), you would get 31 days of Usage Time added to your account (so your renewal would be September 23, 2026). With the packages, you will never lose time, you always get what you pay for. The exchange fees renew on a calendar month basis and they are not pro-rated. So if you activate an exchange today (August 24, 2026), you pay the full amount for the exchange to get the data for the remaining time in August. You then pay again on September 1, 2026, in order to get the data for September.
